Union Station

A project restoring six historic display windows at Union Station, highlighting Toronto's heritage through an interpretive plan as part of its ongoing revitalization.

Union Station is Canada's busiest transportation hub and a landmark historic building in downtown Toronto. Designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1975, the station has been undergoing a major revitalization since 2019, enhancing its role as a key center for transportation, retail, and culture.

As part of a design/build partnership with ANEX Works, I helped coordinate the design and install of six historic display windows, originally part of the station, each showcasing a unique interpretive theme. My role included fabricating the architectural model for one of the vitrine displays, coordinating the installation of lighting, and curating the prop placement within one of the vitrines, all contributing to the hands-on process of building and installation.
